Bring live chat, AI-assisted replies, and human support to your WordPress website. Connect your site to Qonvilo and manage conversations from one shared inbox.

== Description ==

Qonvilo Chat adds the Qonvilo live-chat widget to your public WordPress pages. Visitors can start a conversation on your website; your team can reply from the Qonvilo inbox, with AI-assisted replies available when enabled in your workspace.

Setup is designed to be straightforward:

* Connect securely to your Qonvilo workspace from WordPress.
* Review the website and choose an active public widget key.
* Confirm the connection in your dashboard. The plugin verifies the key before it is saved.
* The widget loads automatically on public pages. No theme edits or copy-and-paste code are needed.

The plugin stores the public widget key in your WordPress options. It does not ask for or store your Qonvilo password or private API secrets. You can disconnect the website at any time from the Qonvilo Chat page.

== Privacy ==

When you connect your website, the plugin sends the selected public widget key and your website origin to the Qonvilo API to verify that the key is active and allowed for that domain. The public key is stored in your WordPress options after verification.

On public pages, the embedded Qonvilo widget communicates directly with the Qonvilo service configured for your plugin. Depending on your workspace settings and what a visitor submits, this can include a visitor's name, email address, page address, and chat messages. The plugin does not route or store those conversations.

The plugin does not include analytics or advertising trackers.

== External Services ==

This plugin connects to the Qonvilo dashboard and API to authorize the website and provide live chat. It loads the widget JavaScript from the Qonvilo service configured for this plugin release. When an administrator connects the site, the service receives the selected public widget key and website origin. When a visitor opens or uses chat, the widget sends its requests and the information the visitor submits directly to the service.
